Relic Hybrid Telecaster / Strat Guitar, HSH Layout, Recycled Materials, UK Made

1960s Inspired Stratocaster / Telecaster Hybrid Guitar—a true musical chimera! Let’s dissect this intriguing creation:

  1. Body Origins: Picture a rat-infested shed in North Devon—the birthplace of rock ‘n’ roll magic! The body is a patchwork quilt of salvaged materials: roofing timber, a broken Stratocaster, a 1970 Austrian cupboard, and Exmoor Spruce. It’s like a musical Frankenstein, stitched together with love and a touch of rebellious spirit. And that yellow and natural wood finish? It’s sunshine and earth meeting in harmony.

  2. Jedson-Stratocaster Lovechild: The body, inspired by 1960s Japanese Jedson guitars, is routed to accommodate a standard Stratocaster scratchplate and tremolo unit. HSH routing means it’s ready for sonic exploration—humbuckers, single coils, and everything in between. Imagine the notes it’ll sing, like a time-traveling troubadour!

  3. Neck Revival: The maple neck, refurbished and reborn, carries its own stories. Dark fretboard—like midnight secrets whispered to the strings. New machine heads ensure tuning stability, and the complete tremolo bridge adds a touch of dive-bombing drama. The scratchplate? It’s like a canvas for your musical graffiti.

  4. Hybrid Soul: This guitar isn’t just wood and metal; it’s a fusion of past and present, grit and grace. It’s the rebel yell of a broken Stratocaster meeting the stoic elegance of an Austrian cupboard. And Exmoor Spruce? Well, that’s the forest’s heartbeat strummed into existence.

  5. Nitro Finish: Ah, the neck wears a nitro finish—a nod to vintage vibes. It’s like a well-aged wine, improving with time and resonating with every chord you play.

Now, imagine plugging it into an amp. What songs would spill forth? Maybe some psychedelic riffs, bluesy bends, or rock anthems that defy decades. And that rat-infested shed? It’s now a sacred space where music was reborn.

If this guitar could talk, what tales would it tell? Perhaps of moonlit jam sessions, forgotten melodies, and the ghosts of rock legends nodding in approval.
